Licotex Services Private Limited is a technology platform provider that facilitates the connection between passengers and independent drivers operating various types of vehicles, including ambulances, cars, autos, minibuses, and bikes.
The Company does not own, operate, or control any vehicle directly and is not responsible for the conduct, driving behavior, or actions of third-party drivers.
In case of accidents, vehicle malfunction, personal injury, or death occurring during a ride, the Company shall not be held liable under civil or criminal laws.
All vehicles and drivers are required to have valid insurance, licenses, and permits as per applicable laws.
For ambulance services, the Company acts only as a booking facilitator and is not responsible for medical outcomes or delays caused by the driver or traffic.
The responsibility for handling any legal, medical, or financial consequence of incidents lies with the respective driver, vehicle owner, and insurance provider.
The Company will cooperate with law enforcement and provide necessary data upon request, but shall not be held a party to any legal dispute arising out of any such event.

Terms and Conditions (also referred as "Terms") mean these Terms and Conditions that form the entire agreement between You and the Company regarding the use of the Service. This Terms and Conditions agreement has been created with the help of the Terms and Conditions Generator.
By clicking on the “I ACCEPT” button or by using Licotex services, You are acknowledging and consenting to be bound by these User Terms. PLEASE ENSURE THAT YOU READ AND UNDERSTAND ALL THESE USER TERMS BEFORE YOU USE THE SITE. If You do not wish to accept any of the User Terms, then please do not use the Site or avail any of the services being provided therein. YOUR AGREEMENT TO THESE USER TERMS SHALL OPERATE AS A BINDING AGREEMENT BETWEEN YOU AND Licotex IN RESPECT OF THE USE AND SERVICES OF THE SITE. Your access and use of the Services constitutes your agreement to be bound by these Terms, which establishes a contractual relationship between you and Licotex. These Terms expressly supersede prior agreements or arrangements with you. Licotex may immediately terminate these Terms or any Services with respect to you, or generally cease offering or deny access to the Services or any portion thereof, at any time for any reason. Supplemental terms may apply to certain Services, such as policies for a particular event, activity or promotion, and such supplemental terms will be disclosed to you in connection with the applicable Services. Supplemental terms are in addition to, and shall be deemed a part of, the Terms for the purposes of the applicable Services.
Third-party Social Media Service means any services or content (including data, information, products or services) provided by a third-party that may be displayed, included or made available by the Service.

You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.
All of the defined and capitalized terms in these User Terms will have the meaning assigned to them here below:
(i) “Account” shall mean the account created by the Customer on the Application for availing the Services provided by Licotex.
(ii) “Additional Fee” shall mean any toll, duty, inter-state taxes, etc. that may have been incurred in providing the Services and payable to any third party / government authorities for undertaking the Ride under Applicable Law.
(iii) “Applicable Laws” shall mean and include all applicable statutes, enactments, acts of legislature or parliament, laws, ordinances, rules, by-laws, regulations, notifications, guidelines, policies, directions, directives and orders of any governmental authority, tribunal, or a court of India.
(iv) “Application” shall mean the mobile application “Licotex User/Driver” updated by Licotex from time to time.
(v) “Convenience Fee”/” Access Fee” shall mean the fee payable by the Customer to Licotex for the Service i.e., for availing value added services including but not limited to technology services, door to door service, customer support and cashless payment options. Convenience Fee may also include any such fee that may be charged by third parties towards providing access to a particular location such as airports, railway stations etc.
(vi) “Cancellation Fee” shall mean a fee payable by You, towards cancellation of a Ride or a booking.
(vii) “City of Operation” shall mean a city in which the Customers and Drivers avail and render the transportation services respectively. For clarity, the services rendered by the Drivers and availed by the Customers shall be in the same city.
(viii) “Customer/ You” means a person who has an Account on the Application.
(ix) “Driver” shall mean and include such individuals as may be evaluated, appointed and trained by an operator associated with us to provide the transportation services and persons who are registered with Licotex and own such Vehicles with necessary city taxi permits and other applicable transport vehicle permits and licenses to provide transportation services within the City of Operation.
(x) “Total Ride Fee” may comprise one or more of the following components that shall be levied to the ride based on various parameters including but not limited to distance travelled, time taken for the ride, city in which the ride is hailed, time of the day, availability of drivers nearby –

1 You understand and acknowledge that You can register on the Site only after complying with the requirements by entering Your Registration Data.
2 You shall ensure that the Registration Data provided by You is accurate, complete, valid, true and is updated from time to time. We shall bear no liability for false, incomplete, old or incorrect Registration Data provided by You.
3 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of Your Registration Data and will be liable for all activities and transactions that occur through Your Account, whether initiated by You or any third party. Your Account cannot be transferred, assigned or sold to a third party. We shall not be liable for any loss that You may incur as a result of someone else using Your password or Account, either with or without Your knowledge.
4 We reserve the right to suspend or terminate Your Account with immediate effect and for an indefinite period, if We have a reason to believe that the Registration Data or any other data provided by You is incorrect or false, or that the security of Your Account has been compromised in any way, or for any other reason We may find just or equitable.
5 Except for the Registration Data or any other data submitted by You during the use of any other service offered through Site (“Permitted Information”), Licotex does not want You to, and You should not, send any confidential or proprietary information to Licotex on the Site or otherwise, unless otherwise is required by Applicable Laws. In accepting these User Terms You agree that any information or materials that You or individuals acting on Your behalf provide to Licotex other than the Permitted Information will not be considered confidential or proprietary.
6 It is Your responsibility to check to ensure that You download the correct application for Your device. We are not liable if You do not have a compatible mobile device or if You download the wrong version of the Application for Your mobile device. We reserve the right to terminate the Service and the use of the Application should You be using the Service or Application with an incompatible or unauthorized device.
7 You agree to comply with all applicable laws when using the Services, and you may only use the Services for lawful purposes (e.g., no transport of unlawful or hazardous materials). You will not, in your use of the Services, cause nuisance, annoyance, inconvenience, or property damage, whether to the Third Party Provider or any other party. In certain instances, you may be asked to provide proof of identity to access or use the Services, and you agree that you may be denied access to or use of the Services if you refuse to provide proof of identity
8 We allow You to open only one Account in association with the Registration Data provided by You. In case of any unauthorized use of Your Account please immediately reach Us at ecotexcab@gmail.com
9 In case, You are unable to access Your Account, please inform Us at ecotexcab@gmail.com and make a written request for blocking Your Account. We will not be liable for any unauthorised transactions made through Your Account prior to the expiry of 72 (seventy-two) hours after You have made a request in writing for blocking Your Account, and shall not have any liability in case of Force Majeure Event.
These are the Terms and Conditions governing the use of this Service and the agreement that operates between You and the Company. These Terms and Conditions set out the rights and obligations of all users regarding the use of the Service.
Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on Your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms and Conditions. These Terms and Conditions apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service.

We strongly advise You to read the terms and conditions and privacy policies of any third-party web sites or services that You visit.
We may terminate or suspend Your access immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if You breach these Terms and Conditions.
Upon termination, Your right to use the Service will cease immediately.
Notwithstanding any damages that You might incur, the entire liability of the Company and any of its suppliers under any provision of this Terms and Your exclusive remedy for all of the foregoing shall be limited to the amount actually paid by You through the Service . To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall the Company or its suppliers be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever (including, but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, loss of data or other information, for business interruption, for personal injury, loss of privacy arising out of or in any way related to the use of or inability to use the Service, third-party software and/or third-party hardware used with the Service, or otherwise in connection with any provision of this Terms), even if the Company or any supplier has been advised of the possibility of such damages and even if the remedy fails of its essential purpose.
Some states do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties or limitation of liability for incidental or consequential damages, which means that some of the above limitations may not apply. In these states, each party's liability will be limited to the greatest extent permitted by law.
These Terms and Conditions may have been translated if We have made them available to You on our Service. You agree that the original English text shall prevail in the case of a dispute.
Changes to These Terms and Conditions
We reserve the right, at Our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material We will make reasonable efforts to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at Our sole discretion.
By continuing to access or use Our Service after those revisions become effective, You agree to be bound by the revised terms. If You do not agree to the new terms, in whole or in part, please stop using the website and the Service.
You shall not smoke, drink or carry any contraband substances in the Vehicles or misbehave with the Driver or distract the Driver or act in violation of Applicable Law. In the event You are found to be involved in the activities set out above, You shall be liable to pay a fine to us and we shall also have the right to terminate the Ride. In the event You fail to pay fine after the completion of the Ride, we may at our discretion, take such steps as may be available to us under Applicable Law. You shall also be blacklisted as a result of non-payment of the fine or misbehaving as the case may be, and in such event, Your Account may be terminated by Licotex.
1 By accepting these User Terms and on pressing the SOS button on the Licotex App, You consent to Licotex using its best endeavors to provide You with assistance during a safety incident, emergencies or distress, as per Licotex’s internal policies on emergency response. Licotex may undertake remedial action(s), including, but not limited to the following:
1.1 When you press the SOS button and report a safety incident, the Licotex representative may escalate the incident internally or liaise with any third party security service providers to assist You and/or deploy response teams to Your location.
1.2 Licotex may inform any government authorities, such as the concerned police station, about the incident and seek their assistance; Licotex may also provide such authority(ies) with your personal information including but not limited to your exact GPS location, your registered email ID and mobile number to enable them to take appropriate steps to assist You.
1.3 Licotex may engage third party security providers to assist You and Licotex in addressing the incident. For this purpose, Licotex may share your personal information, including but not limited to, your exact GPS location, your registered email ID and mobile number with third parties such as a security services provider, to enable them to take appropriate steps to assist You and solely to resolve the incident.
1.4 Further to the above, You may receive telephone calls from an Licotex representative and/or the relevant response team at the time of pressing the SOS button and in the duration that the incident is being resolved, and the same shall not be construed as breach of TRAI guidelines, in as much as these would be made for Your security and safety purposes.
1.5 Under this clause, You give Your express consent to permit Licotex to undertake the above along with any ancillary actions that may be required to facilitate an effective emergency response.
1.6 Licotex will not be liable for any deficiency of service, provided to You under this clause on a best efforts basis, and this clause does not, in any manner, restrain You from seeking any other form of assistance from any other party.

All rides must be booked through the official Licotex User App. You must not misuse the platform. Disrespectful, abusive, or illegal behavior towards drivers will lead to account suspension.
Fares are determined by distance, time, and demand. You agree to pay the fare displayed at the time of booking through digital payment methods or cash where applicable.
You may cancel a ride before the driver arrives. Repeated cancellations or no-shows may result in penalties or suspension of your account.
Licotex Services Private Limited is a platform provider and does not own vehicles. We are not directly liable for accidents or incidents during the ride. Emergency support will be provided, and required data will be shared with authorities.
In case of any accident, users should immediately report it via the app or emergency contact. The company will assist in contacting relevant authorities.
Your data is stored securely and used only for service delivery and legal compliance. We do not sell or misuse your data.
The company reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account for any violation of these terms.
These terms may be updated. Continued use of the app implies your acceptance of the revised terms.
Any disputes shall be governed by the laws of India and fall under the jurisdiction of Gautam Buddha Nagar, Uttar Pradesh.
